You are entitled to a refund if the item is damaged or faulty upon receiving it.

Conditions of refund are as follows:

Claims for refund must be made in writing within the first 7 days upon receiving the item.

FREIGHT is non-refundable.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition to qualify for refund.

Items will be repaired if claims are made after this period of time.

If the items cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided.
